This website is set up for David Hammond, Johnson City, Tennessee, who was wrongly accused of domestic assault and violating an order of protection in 2019 and since has been proven innocent. Throughout the website, you will find a timeline with police reports and audio and video recordings demonstrating David’s innocence in this matter. For months, David was stalked, threatened, harassed, falsely accused and had property vandalized by Jennifer. Jennifer Friday Mcmahan had previously accused two other men of assault.

TIMELINE OF EVENTS

  • June 25, 2018 Jennifer tells David, she wants a commitment from him. He informs her, he has no intentions of being more than friends and wants to be with someone who is right for him and his daughter. Also, wanted someone who wanted his daughter around. Jennifer and a friend go to Everette’s Bar for drinks and become drunk. They call David at 9:40 pm cursing him and telling him they have his daughter. He continually ask where his 12 year old daughter is. She was supposed to be with her mother. At 10:25 pm Jennifer and her friend calls David wanting to be picked up. He refuses so they call Jennifer’s daughter and she picks them up. The phone calls were videoed and recorded.
Approximately 11:20 pm that night Jennifer has her 17 year old pick her up. They arrive at David’s condo with his daughter. Jennifer was advising his daughter she doesn’t have to listen to him and the situation escalates with him calling 911 around 12:04 am. While on the phone 911 operator hears Jennifer ranting and trying to persuade her daughter to claim David hit her. Police come and speak to both verifying Jennifer is under the influence. Officer informs David to record any conversations due to Jennifer attempting a set up. The next morning David finds his left front tire slashed and both SUVs keyed. JCPD Officer Hall responds and notices a glue cap near tire and glue residue on sidewall.(911 call made in June 26). Note: some time during the night before calling 911, David started calling Jennifer leaving messages when he found out she had picked up his daughter. Needless to say he was irate knowing his daughter had become involved as any parent would be given the situation. Official 911 transcript attached. Official audio available to hear.

  • January 23, 2019 David receives a call from Jennifer’s mother, Kathy. The conversation last roughly an hour and is recorded. During the conversation Kathy advises David is a good guy and that Jennifer has issues. Audio available.

  • February 2019 Jennifer uses Facebook and contacts Debra and Debbie (she didn’t know either of them) wanting to know if David had confided in them. Also, ask Debbie the reason she and David quit dating.

  • March 2019 Blocked caller stating reason for his stomach issues “Jennifer had tainted David’s food at least twice and that she had done same to at least one other ex before ”. Caller hung up as he tried to ask questions.

  • March 2, 2019 David is contacted by several people stating Jennifer posted on Facebook “whoever is texting David Hammond needs to stop”! Post was removed after 15 minutes.

  • March 10, 2019 Jennifer hid behind David’s neighbor’s car and waits for him. Upon his arrival, he ask her to leave. David goes upstairs and comes back down to find Jennifer lying on the floor with ketchup on her head and arms trying to make him think she is bleeding. She stated she wanted to see his “first reaction.”

  • March 16, 2019 Jennifer text David telling him she is deathly ill. Later that day, Jennifer text she had been to the doctor and states she is dehydrated and anemic.

  • March 18, 2019 Jennifer calls waking David up late at night (He had bronchitis and went to bed early). She stated her neighbor, Ben “got rough with her”. She had accused Ben of stalking her weeks earlier. She is crying uncontrollably. Audio/ video available.

  • March 21, 2019 During the morning hours Jennifer sent David a text “love makes you do crazy things”.

  • March 21, 2019 Jennifer showed up at David’s condo and would not leave. David left and went to a friends house. Jennifer once again threatens suicide. As phone records will indicate David made no phone calls during or near time frame officers were at his condo taking Jennifer’s statement. The officers never verified the phone number. Phone records provided and verified. David offered lie detector test many times.

  • March 22, 2019 David’s arrest for simple assault

  • March 23, 2019 Five minutes after being released David receives a call from a number he does not recognize. It’s Jennifer using her friend’s cell phone. She wants David to meet her at her friends home to use their hot tub and spend the night. She states she never told the police David was on drugs and states her friend Lori Miller had him arrested. David does not know anyone by that name.
This is Jennifer breaking the order of protection by contacting David. Video available.

  • March 28, 2019 David submits a full blood panel and hair follicle test( hair follicle can detect drugs at least 6 months back). Test results show NEGATIVE drug use! Over course of next few months David took 2 more drugs test with negative results.

  • April 8, 2019 In addition to receiving by mail, the Order of Protection had been dropped, Jennifer showed up at at David’s place with a copy of the dismissal and David ask her to leave.

  • April 15, 2019 While David is attending The Top Ten Banquet, Jennifer text a parent asking if he brought a date to the banquet.

  • April 2019 Two or more unknown phone numbers call stating “have your doctor check you for antifreeze poisoning”.

  • April 16, 2019 Jennifer text David stating she was at his house and he needs to get home. David tells her to leave. She claimed she was inside but was leaving and going to leave her car there overnight. David goes home to check his place and there is no sign of her inside or out. David leaves and a few minutes later she starts sending him pictures of items inside his condo. She text David telling him to name anything he wanted pictures of and she would send the pictures to him. David goes back home and she is inside. As David arrived he sees some of his shoes scattered in the parking lot and later discovers several of his shirts had been cut and ripped. At advice of a friend David records/videos the conversation. Jennifer had hid in David’s attic and refused to tell him how she entered his home. David tried several times to get her to leave as videos prove. David’s neighbors also witnessed him trying to get her to leave. Shortly before 11pm, she calls 911 and falsely claims she is being held hostage. When police officers arrived, David’s neighbor Kate informed officers of what really happened and Jennifer admitted she had not been held hostage. Jennifer also misinformed officers she and David had shared explicit text during the day. There were no text other than the text from her stating she was in his condo and David responding for her to leave. Once again, phone records prove her statements were false. For whatever reason, Jennifer wasn’t charged or arrested for breaking and entering or filing a false 911 call. All audio/ video recordings are included on this website.

  • April 18, 2019 Early morning hours of April 18, the same police officer that arrest David for assault arrives at his door to arrest him for violation of Order of Protection. I appeared in court. • April 22, 2019 Jennifer keeps texting David to meet her. Sends pictures of herself at “Brian’s house”, the same Brian she said was stalking her in March. Clearly see that it’s her in picture with the Amedysis Home Healthcare logo on her phone pop up. Jennifer works at Amedysis Healthcare. Over the next couple weeks Jennifer text from various phones and named places to meet. Friends and family drove by the places she text to meet videoing and photographing her sitting in her vehicle. All of this taking place during the time the Order of Protection was reinstated with the court per Jennifer’s request. Yes, that’s right the same person who has harassed, stalked and broke into his place requested the order of protection be reinstated.

She contacts the family member several other times asking questions. As we wait on police to arrive, Jennifer’s car drives by and then speeds off. At midnight, Jennifer sends FB message to owner of car asking if they know David and how. She denied keying the car at that time but later offered to pay for damage of $2750.00 to keep her name from going to court. JCPD Investigator Morrison contacted Farm Bureau with offer. Offer refused due to other expense with a total estimating $4000.00. Jennifer unable to pay/borrow $4000.00. Leaving the car owner with paying the deductible and higher insurance premium. Jennifer contacts car owners family member and states David never used drugs or alcohol and the arrest was due to him seeing/texting others(David was not seeing/dating Jennifer). Audio/Video given to JCPD and available to hear. Also, just to note the responding officer taking the report asked me if David had thought about moving from the area. His neighbor and friend witnessed the question and were unnerved by this question. Not your typical response from an officer.
